Andrea Robideau
My name is Andrea Robideau and I have been a real estate paralegal for 28 years. I started my Real Estate career with Jeffrey Voelkl. He mentored me and taught me everything I needed to be a successful real estate paralegal. Although I left the office to see what the world had in store for me, Jeff and I always remained friends. During my career I closed typically 700 files annually. Working in a very busy office, I handled purchases, sales, and bank files. I was also a main closer and very knowledgeable about the clerk’s offices. I am very organized and understand the importance of making sure my clients meet all deadlines in accordance with the contract and have the documents to their lender in a timely fashion. I have exceptional communication and follow up promptly with each and every client. I understand that whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned buyer, the process can still be overwhelming. I am here to make the process as stress free as possible.
My degrees are Hilbert College (Associates Business Administration) and Bachelor of Science BA – Paralegal) 1998. Niagara University (Master’s degree in Elementary Education 2006)
I have two children, four dogs and 3 cats. I have been happily married for 20 years. My hobbies include watching and supporting my daughter in competitive cheerleading for the Stingray All-stars of New York. I also enjoy much needed family times such as being out on the lake enjoying the sun. I enjoy heading out to a football game, baseball game, or hockey game with my son and husband.
